Without Travo
Movement approvals happen informally. Check-ins are scattered across calls and messages. Incident details are reconstructed later. Reports depend on memory.
The problem
When a staff member misses a check-in, your organisation should not be searching through chats, calling five people, and guessing what happened. Travo gives supervisors a structured record of movement, approvals, check-ins, incidents, and follow-up actions.

With Travo
Every field movement has a request, approval, check-in timeline, incident log, supervisor response, and exportable audit record.
How Travo works
When something goes wrong in the field, the worst time to start reconstructing movement history is after the incident.
Destination, purpose, route notes, transport, support contact, risk level, departure time, and expected return.
The decision is recorded with supervisor identity, timestamp, notes, and reason.
Check-ins are logged from the mobile flow, with offline-first storage and SMS fallback where configured.
Roadblocks, delays, vehicle issues, network problems, community tension, and other field events are captured.
Supervisors get a structured response workflow instead of chasing scattered calls and chats.
Trip audit packs, incident reports, missed check-in reports, and supervisor response logs support management review.
What supervisors see
Travo focuses the supervisor on what needs attention now: overdue check-ins, unresolved incidents, pending approvals, and response notes.
Who it is for
Know which staff are in the field, what was approved, and what evidence exists for reports.
See active trips, missed check-ins, incidents, and required follow-up in one place.
Export trip audit packs, incident logs, staff movement summaries, and supervisor response records.
Submit trip requests, check in, and report incidents without long back-and-forth calls.
Reports and compliance
The strongest value of Travo is the evidence trail: what was approved, what happened, who responded, and what can be shown to management, donors, insurers, or auditors.
For one movement: approval, check-ins, incidents, supervisor notes, timestamps, and access history.
For management review: overdue check-ins, escalation actions, and resolution notes.
For risk and compliance teams: incident type, severity, location, evidence, and response.
For supervisors: who went where, when, why, and whether the trip was closed.
