TravoBook review

Privacy Policy

Travo privacy policy.

This plain-language policy explains how Travo should handle field movement, check-in, incident, and account data. It should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before enterprise contracts are signed.

What Travo collects

Travo may collect organisation details, user account details, team assignments, trip requests, approvals, check-ins, incident reports, support contacts, device information, timestamps, location attached to approved work trips, and audit log records.

Why Travo collects it

Data is used to help organisations plan field movement, approve trips, record check-ins, document incidents, follow up on missed check-ins, and produce management, donor, safety, and compliance reports.

Location privacy

Travo is designed around approved work trips. Personal movement outside active work trips should not be tracked by default. Location access should be limited to legitimate operational and safety documentation needs.

Access and retention

Customer organisations control their workspace users and roles. Sensitive records such as incident media and detailed trip history should be limited by role and retained based on the organisation's legal, donor, insurance, and safety obligations.
