These plain-language terms explain the intended use of Travo. They should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before paid enterprise contracts are signed.

Use of Travo

Travo is provided to organisations for field movement approval, check-in documentation, incident reporting, supervisor response records, and audit-ready reporting.

No rescue guarantee

Travo is not an emergency dispatch centre, rescue provider, security response company, or replacement for local emergency services. Organisations remain responsible for their safety protocols, escalation plans, staff training, and emergency response arrangements.

Customer responsibility

Organisations are responsible for inviting the right users, configuring roles, keeping contact details current, obtaining required consent, and ensuring their use of Travo complies with applicable law and internal policy.

Pilot and availability

Pilot access may include limited, changing, or pre-release functionality. Internet, SMS, mobile network, GPS, device battery, and third-party service availability can affect field use.
